本文介绍了研制的一种新型无磁模具钢7Mn15Cr2A13V2WMo,化学成分(%):0.65~0.75C、≤0.8Si,14.5~16.0Mn、2.0~3.0Cr、2.5~3.5Al,0.5~1.5W,0.5~1.5Mo、1.5~2.0V。此钢采用析出硬化机理,由于V的碳化物在奥氏体基体中弥散地析出,可以得到高的硬度、高的强度,所以是一种高锰-钒系高强度的无磁钢。 该钢在各种条件下,磁导率均小于1.005,具有稳定的无磁特性。经1180℃固溶,650℃时效后,硬度可达HRC47~48,冲击韧性达4kgf·m/cm~2。钢的各项性能指标已达到国外同类无磁钢的先进水平。用该钢制造无磁模具,使用寿命可提高3~4倍。制作其它无磁部件,也有较好的经济效果。
A new type of non-magnetic die steel 7Mn15Cr2A13V2WMo was developed in this paper. The chemical composition (%) is 0.65 ~ 0.75C, ≤ 0.8Si, 14.5 ~ 16.0Mn, 2.0 ~ 3.0Cr, 2.5 ~ 3.5Al, 0.5 ~ 1.5W, ~ 1.5Mo, 1.5 ~ 2.0V. This steel uses the precipitation hardening mechanism. Since the carbides of V are dispersed precipitated in the austenite matrix, high hardness and high strength can be obtained. Therefore, it is a kind of high-manganese-vanadium high-strength non-magnetic steel. The steel under various conditions, the permeability of less than 1.005, with stable non-magnetic properties. After solid solution at 1180 ℃, 650 ℃ aging, the hardness up to HRC47 ~ 48, impact toughness up to 4kgf · m / cm ~ 2. Various performance indicators of steel have reached the advanced level of foreign similar non-magnetic steel. Made of non-magnetic steel mold, the service life can be increased by 3 to 4 times. Production of other non-magnetic components, but also a better economic results.
