工程招投标包括工程招标和投标,采用招投标方式是实现工程承包的一种工程管理制度。企事业单位获取工程或项目,需经过招标、投标、开标、评标与定标等程序过程。合同管理包括合同管理的内容和手段两部分,是工程项目全过程的、系统性的、动态性的管理的核心,贯穿于整个工程始末。通过《工程招投标与合同管理》课程帮助学生学习明确招标工作、投标工作与施工合同管理的内在联系,总结招投标与合同管理的一般程序与方法。
