分析TB/T1400—2005《机车用铸钢轮心技术条件》,总结出一些新造机车铸钢轮心表面允许和不允许存在的缺陷。介绍某机车整体车轮崩裂事故,分析发生事故的原因。认为铁道部铁运〔2007〕128号文《铁路机车车轮管理办法》的部分规定存在不合理性,叙述对技术文件的理解和认识。
Analysis of TB / T1400-2005 “Locomotive with steel wheel heart conditions”, summed up some of the new locomotive wheel surface allowable and not allowed to exist defects. Introduce a locomotive overall wheel crack accident, analyze the cause of the accident.
