教师例会是每个学校每周都要召开的例行会议,一般分为两个阶段:第一阶段由学校领导班子关门开会,总结上一周工作,各部门提出下一周打算,汇总后由校长提炼形成学校意见。第二阶段,召开全体教师会议,由校长传达。因此,教师例会常常是学校校长布置任务的动员会、教师被动参与的倾听会。为提升教师管理水平,充分调动教师工作的积极性和主动性,我们改革教师例会模式,为学校的发展奠定了良好的基础。
The regular meeting of teachers is a routine meeting to be held in each school every week. There are generally two phases: the first phase is closed by the leadership of the school, summed up the previous week’s work, each department proposes the next week’s plan, Form a school opinion. The second phase, held a teacher meeting, convened by the principal. Therefore, the regular meeting of teachers is often the mobilization meeting for the assignment of school principals, and the listening session where teachers participate passively. In order to enhance the management level of teachers and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers, we have reformed the pattern of teacher regular meetings and laid a good foundation for the development of schools.
