目的探讨小儿神经性尿频的发病机理、临床表现及有效治疗手段。方法应用硝苯啶治疗小儿神经性尿频16例,硝苯啶0.5～1.0mg/(kg.d),3～5d为1个疗程。结果12例治疗1个疗程治愈,4例治疗2个疗程后治愈,无1例出现明显不良反应。结论硝苯啶治疗本病具有疗程短、疗效高、见效快和安全价廉等优点。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and effective treatment of pediatric neurogenic pollakiuria. Methods Nifedipine was used to treat 16 cases of pediatric neurogenic frequency, nifedipine 0.5 ~ 1.0mg / (kg.d), 3 ~ 5d for a course of treatment. Results 12 cases were cured after one course of treatment and 4 cases were cured after two courses of treatment. No one had obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Nifedipine treatment of the disease with short course, high efficacy, quick and safe and inexpensive.
