摘要采用特异的胃动素(MTL)抗体,通过放射免疫法对342例成人13种体液内MTL进行了较为系统的观察。结果表明:13种液体内MTL均值以十二指肠液含量最高(365.4±82.6pmol/L),较血浆(141.2±51.4pomol/l)高2.6倍,较血清(80.1±34.0pmol/l)高4.7倍,而胆汁MTL水平最低(<10pmol/L)。各体液MTL梯度依次为:十二指肠液、血浆、胃液、唾液、胸水、腹水、血清、尿液、脑脊液、羊水、乳汁、精液、胆汁。胃十二指肠液,MTL分别与血浆MTL呈正相关(P<0.01)。研究结果首次揭示了人体13种体液中MTL分布及关系,并推测MTL分泌细胞具有腔内分泌作用。
Abstract The specific MTL antibody was used to detect the MTL in 342 kinds of adult human body fluid by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the MTL mean of the 13 kinds of fluids was the highest in the duodenum (365.4 ± 82.6pmol / L), 2.6 times higher than that in the plasma (141.2 ± 51.4pomol / l) 80.1 ± 34.0 pmol / l) and 4.7 times lower for bile MTL (<10 pmol / L). The body fluid MTL gradient were: duodenal fluid, plasma, gastric juice, saliva, pleural effusion, ascites, serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, amniotic fluid, milk, semen, bile. Gastroduodenal juice and MTL were positively correlated with plasma MTL (P <0.01). The results of the study revealed for the first time the distribution of MTL in 13 kinds of human body fluids and the relationship between them, suggesting that MTL secreting cells have endocrine function.
