辐射诱发电泳泳动率、膜运输功能和膜受体的变化是由于质膜的损伤或其局部形态学的变化所引起。本文用50、100,500R X线在体外照射正常人外周血淋巴细胞、来源于人支气管癌的上皮细胞株(AT-264)以及由Burkitt氏淋巴瘤培养的细胞株(Raji)。照射后15分钟、1小时、3小时制样,用电镜观察辐射诱发该三类人的细胞质膜损伤的超微结构变化,为照射后质膜功能的生化和生物物理变化提供形态学证据。结果如下:(1)外周血淋巴细胞:50R照射后15分钟质膜出现局限性隆起,一些细胞质膜出现裂孔。100、500R照射后15分钟,细胞表面质膜隆起范围扩大,并
Radiation-induced electrophoretic mobility, membrane trafficking and membrane receptor changes are due to plasma membrane damage or changes in its local morphology. In this paper, normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes, human bronchial epithelial cell line (AT-264) and Burkitt’s lymphoma cell line (Raji) were irradiated with 50,100,500R X-ray in vitro. At 15 minutes, 1 hour and 3 hours after irradiation, ultrastructural changes of plasma membrane damage induced by radiation were observed under electron microscope, which provided morphological evidence for the biochemical and biophysical changes of plasma membrane after irradiation. The results are as follows: (1) Peripheral blood lymphocytes: There were some limitations in the plasma membrane upregulation 15 minutes after exposure to 50R, and some of the plasma membrane of the plasma cells appeared to crack. Fifteen minutes after the 100,500R irradiation, the surface elevation of the cell surface plasma membrane expanded
