受试者 79例 (15 8耳 ) ,均有军事噪声暴露史 ,并有不同程度的耳鸣。年龄 6 0 70岁。外耳道无耵聍堵塞 ,耳镜检查鼓膜正常。听阈曲线计算表明 ,听阈随着年龄的增长而增高 ;声导纳检查 ,鼓室压力均为“Ａ”型。证明无中耳疾患。参考ＷＨＯ“障碍、残疾和残废的国际分类”听力障 Subjects 79 cases (15 8 ears), have a history of military noise exposure, and have different levels of tinnitus. Age 6 0 70 years old. No external auditory meatus obstruction, otoscopy check tympanic membrane normal. Hearing threshold curve shows that the hearing threshold increases with age; acoustic admittance examination, tympanic pressure are “A” type. Proved no middle ear disorders.
