中国建筑涂料品种是从106内墙涂料开始发展起来。如今,建筑涂料已经作为一个产业在中国蓬勃发展,品种门类较为齐全。作为中国国民经济发展支柱产业的建筑业,在今后较长一段时期内将会有很大的发展,中国建筑装修业市场的需求以每年25%的速度递增。到2005年,中国建筑涂料年产量将达到180万吨,建筑涂料外墙装饰应用率达到35%。但是,如今中国建筑涂料在外墙装饰中应用率还不到10%,而在欧美等发达国家,建筑外墙采用高级涂料装饰的已占到了90%。“九五”期间中国城镇农村住宅平均每年竣工6亿m~2以上,需要装饰的面积至少在36亿m~2左右。存在的问题国内建筑涂料仍处在发展时期,尚存在一些问题,主要表现在以下几方面: A、缺少功能性和超耐侯性的成膜树脂;
China’s architectural coatings varieties from the 106 interior paint began to develop. Today, architectural coatings have been booming in China as an industry with a full range of varieties. As a pillar industry in China’s national economy, the construction industry will have a great development for a long time in the future. The demand for the construction industry in China will increase by 25% annually. By 2005, China’s annual production of architectural coatings will reach 1.8 million tons, architectural coatings, wall decoration rate of 35%. However, the application rate of architectural coatings in exterior decoration in China is less than 10% nowadays, while in developed countries such as Europe and the United States, the use of advanced coating and decoration for the external walls of buildings has accounted for 90%. During the “95” period, average annual rural residential buildings in urban areas in China reached 600 million m 2 or more and the area to be decorated was at least 3.6 billion m 2. Existing problems Domestic architectural coatings are still in the development stage, there are still some problems, mainly in the following areas: A, the lack of functionality and super-weathering of the film-forming resin;
