设计多排三自由度行星变速箱的最佳方案是很困难的。线图综合法虽是可行的,但是要求专门技巧而且很费人力和时间。本文作者根据多年对综合法研究的经验,编出了线图综合法的多能程序,可用计算机自动从二到六排三自由度行星变速箱全部可能方案中选出最佳方案。并且可以用来选二自由度和换联式三自由度行星变速箱最佳方案。这对多排行星变速箱的设计和研究是十分方便的。文中阐述了数学模型、程序编制原理和框图,并举了应用实例。
The best way to design a multi-row, three-degree-of-freedom planetary gearbox is difficult. Although line synthesis is feasible, it requires specialized skills and is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Based on many years of experience in integrated law research, the author has compiled a pluripotency program based on the line graph synthesis method, and can automatically select the best solution from all possible solutions of two to six rows of three degrees of freedom planetary gearboxes with a computer. And can be used to choose two degrees of freedom and for the best three-degree planetary gearbox. This multi-row planetary gearbox design and research is very convenient. The paper expounds the mathematical model, programming principles and block diagrams, and gives examples of applications.
