目的:研究二黄方对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(experimentalallergicencephalomyelitis,EAE)大鼠的作用。方法:通过皮下注射豚鼠脊髓匀浆和完全福氏佐剂制成的混合液诱导Lewis大鼠EAE动物模型,以醋酸泼尼松作为对照药物,观察应用不同剂量的二黄方对EAE大鼠发病情况、神经组织病理变化及其血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平的影响。结果:二黄方大剂量可显著改善EAE的发病程度,降低血清MBP的含量及抑制脑和脊髓的炎症反应和脱髓鞘改变,与醋酸泼尼松组比较无明显差异。结论:二黄方是通过抑制炎症细胞反应,调节免疫功能,而对EAE大鼠起到防治作用的。
Objective: To study the effect of Erhuang Fang on experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) rats. METHODS: Lewis rat EAE animal model was induced by subcutaneous injection of a mixture of guinea pig spinal cord homogenate and complete Freund’s adjuvant. Prednisone acetate was used as a control drug to observe the incidence of EAE rats treated with different doses of Erhuang Fang. Situation, neuropathological changes, and the effect of serum MBP levels. Results: The high dose of Erhuangfang can significantly improve the incidence of EAE, reduce the content of serum MBP, and inhibit the inflammatory reaction and demyelination of the brain and spinal cord. There is no significant difference compared with prednisone acetate group. Conclusion: Erhuangfang can prevent and treat inflammatory cells and regulate immune function, and it can prevent and treat EAE rats.
