分析了金属粉末选择性激光烧结的工艺特点 ,通过镍基合金粉末 F1 0 5的系列选择性激光烧结试验及其产物的微观结构分析 ,研究了金属粉末在激光作用下的熔凝过程以及各烧结参数对其熔凝过程的影响 ;对镍基 F1 0 5合金粉末的激光烧结工艺进行了初步优化 ,通过多层烧结试验对获得的烧结工艺进行了试验验证。研究结果表明 ,采用优化工艺制备的烧结制件内部组织主要由大量微米量级的等轴晶与少量枝晶组成 ,结构致密。
The process characteristics of selective laser sintering of metal powders were analyzed. The series of selective laser sintering experiments of nickel-based alloy powder F1 0 5 and the microstructure analysis of the products were carried out to study the melting process of metal powders under laser irradiation and the effects of sintering The influence of parameters on its melting process was preliminarily optimized. The laser sintering process of nickel-based F1 0 5 alloy powder was preliminarily optimized. The sintering process was verified by multilayer sintering test. The results show that the internal structure of the sintered parts prepared by the optimized process mainly consists of a large number of equiaxed grains with a small amount of dendrites on the order of micrometers, with dense structure.
