通过实验生态学和生物化学的方法,研究了孔石莼(Ulva pertusa Kjellman)克生作用对赤潮异弯藻[Heterosigma akashiwo (Hada) Hada]生长及其叶绿素a(Chl-a)含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GPX)活力的影响。结果表明:孔石莼的克生作用会明显抑制赤潮异弯藻的生长,且赤潮异弯藻抗氧化系统活性对其有明显的响应。克生作用会使T-AOC和SOD活力呈现降低的趋势;MDA含量和CAT活力呈现升高的趋势;GPX活力呈现先升高而后下降趋势;Chl-a含量和可溶性蛋白含量并无明显变化。推测孔石莼克生作用诱导赤潮异弯藻产生活性氧自由基,是藻体受损伤的主要原因。
Through the experimental ecology and biochemistry methods, the effects of the germination of Ulva pertusa Kjellman on the growth and the content of chlorophyll a (Chl-a) in Heterosigma akashiwo (Hada) Hada, (MDA) content, T-AOC, CAT, SOD and GPX activities Impact. The results showed that the growth of Heterosigma akashiwo was significantly inhibited by the action of goniogenesis, and the activity of antioxidant system of Heterosigma akashiwo obviously responded to it. The activity of T-AOC and SOD tended to decrease, while the content of MDA and CAT activity tended to increase. The activity of GPX increased at first and then decreased. The content of Chl-a and soluble protein did not change significantly. It is speculated that the role of Keshi 莼 Kegen inducing reactive oxygen species red anoxemia algae, is the main reason for damage of algae.
