生产组织是生产力与生产关系,即劳资关系的物质载体。随着社会生产力的大发展和科学技术的不断创新,企业生产组织形式也发生了根本性变革,相应的,企业的劳资关系也出现了历史性的改变。福特制、丰田制和温特制等企业模式演绎了自二战后世界企业生产组织形式的进步。可以预见,不久的将来,更加科学、合理、有益于协调劳资关系的生产组织形式将会出现。
Production organization is the material carrier of the relationship between productive forces and production, that is, the relationship between labor and capital. With the great development of social productive forces and the continuous innovation of science and technology, fundamental changes have taken place in the forms of production and organization of enterprises. Correspondingly, there has also been a historic change in the labor-capital relations of enterprises. Ford system, Toyota system and temperature system and other business models deduced since World War II the world’s organizational form of enterprise production progress. It is foreseeable that, in the near future, a more scientific and rational form of production organization that is conducive to coordinating labor relations will emerge.
