民主集中制的由来民主集中制由列宁最早提出,概括地说,就是民主基础上的集中和集中指导下的民主相结合。在民主集中制中,民主与集中是辩证统一的关系,民主是集中的前提和基础,集中是民主的指导和结果。对无产阶级政党来说,民主集中制既是党的根本组织原则,也是群众路线在党的生活中的具体运用。坚持民主集中制的基本要求与目标,就是要在党内努力造成又有集中又有民主,又有纪律又有自由,又有统一意志又有个人心情舒畅、生动活泼的政治局面。通过发展党内民主,积极推动人民民主的发展。
The Origin of Democratic Centralism Democratic centralism was first proposed by Lenin. In a nutshell, it is the combination of democracy based on democracy and centralized democracy. In democratic centralism, democracy and concentration are the relations of dialectical unity. Democracy is the premise and foundation of concentration. Concentration is the guide and result of democracy. For proletarian parties, the democratic centralism is not only the fundamental principle of the party but also the concrete application of the mass line in the life of the party. To uphold the basic requirements and objectives of democratic centralism is to work hard in the party to create a centralized and democratic society with both discipline and freedom as well as a unified will and a lively and lively political situation.
