今年6月,国家新闻出版总署批出了一个新类别刊号:ISRC—CN—X28—94—0001—O/V.D,这些代码的含义是:ISRC,国际音像制品统一编码;CN,中国;X28,国家音像制品管理统一分类的出版号;0001,记录码序号;O,整体编码;V,音像作品;D党建类作品。其中的“X28”表示一个新的出版类别。这个刊号的获得者为北京《支部生活》杂志社创办的音像杂志《党课一小时》。
