滴注式可控气氛渗碳,是在研究了传统滴注法气体渗碳和吸热式发生器法气体渗碳的基础上发展起来的一种新方法。本实验是在经过改装的75kW井式气体渗碳炉上进行的(改装情况见图1a及图1b)。炉气的连续测定和控制采用上海第二分析仪器厂的HQG-71型红外线CO_2分析仪;炉气的全分析采用上海分析仪器厂的102-G气相色谱分析仪;碳势的自控系统如图2所示。一、对气氛的基本要求本方法不同于原来滴注法的一个显著特点是同时向炉内滴注两种碳当量不同的液体,通过在高温下的热分解直接获得所需要的渗碳气氛。
