以安徽霍邱体育中心建设项目为工程背景,采用有限元法对钢结构屋盖累积滑移施工的全过程进行了力学性能分析,并对施工过程中关键构件应力和关键节点位移实施了监测。阐述了监测系统的组成、测点布置以及施工过程中构件应力和结构线形变化规律。对关键构件的应力实测值与有限元理论计算值进行的对比显示,两者较吻合,表明该结构施工过程使用有限元法模拟和监控实施的正确性和有效性。
Based on the construction project of Huoqiu Sports Center in Anhui Province, the finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the whole process of cumulative slip construction of steel roof, and the stress and key displacements of key components during construction are monitored. The composition of the monitoring system, the arrangement of measuring points and the rules of structural stress and structural linear changes during the construction process are expounded. The comparison between the measured stress of the key component and the calculated value of the finite element theory shows that the two are in good agreement with each other, indicating that the construction process of the structure uses the finite element method to simulate and monitor the correctness and effectiveness of the implementation.
