电力业务许可证审发将加快进度。8月1～2日,国家电监会在北京召开加快电力业务许可证审发工作会议,提出下半年要改变电力企业存量项目材料的报送形式；下放部分审批权限,实行报备发放制度；新建发电企业必须取得许可证；按审查程序办事,提高审查效能；统一认识,抓好落实,加快电力业务许可证的颁发工作,按期完成年初确定的许可证颁发工作目标。

August 1 ~ 2, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission convened in Beijing to speed up the electricity business license work conference, put forward the second half of the inventory of power companies to change the project material submitted form; decentralization of part of the approval authority, the implementation of filing system; New power generation enterprises must obtain a permit; act according to the review procedures to improve the efficiency of the examination; unify awareness and do a good job in implementing the licensing work of the electric power business and accomplish the objectives of the licensing issued at the beginning of the year on schedule.
