近年来随着长距离管道口径的增大,管道施工设备自动化程度也在提高,针对传统吊装钢管的方式存在的如吊钩容易对管口和防腐层造成损伤、司索工劳动强度大、起吊过程的平稳性差等弊端,利用真空吸管器与挖掘机配合作为吊装辅助设备,在提高作业效率、吊装可靠性、安全性等方面较传统吊装方式均有大幅提升。如在进行管道施工布管作业时,仅需1名挖掘机操作手与起重机操作人员配合,通过无线遥控的方式,便可完成管道的吊装、运输、摆放等动作,极大地提升了施工效率,降低了地面作业人员的风险。该吊装机具在西气东输等大型管道工程项目成功应用,在进行卸管、布管等施工作业中应用收效良好。
