店业缺乏高素质的专门人才与旅游专业毕业生就业行业对口率低两种现象并存,且大学生员工的流失率居高不下。这种教育与行业需求不适应,学校、酒店人才供需错位的现象十分普遍。本文就上述问题展开论述,即问题的提出、问题的原因、问题的解决。
