长期的班主任工作实践告诉我,在课堂教育工作之外,有目的、有计划、有组织地对学生进行多种多样的教育活动和教育工作,是实现教育目的的重要途径,是全面推行素质教育的重要手段,是促进学生德、智、体、美、劳等方面更加活泼地、主动地得到发展的有效途径。如何做好课外教育工作呢?我的体会有如下几点:一是以活动为主要途径,培养良好道德品质。
