目的:建立以气相色谱-质谱法测定火麻壳和火麻仁中Δ9-四氢大麻酚含量的方法。方法:采用HP-5石英毛细管柱,程序升温:200℃(保持1min)~270℃(保持10min),升温速率为3℃·min-1,进样口温度为280℃,检测器温度为290℃。结果:Δ9-四氢大麻酚检测浓度在5.0~45.0μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9987);最低检测限为1.0μg·mL-1(S/N=5);平均加样回收率为81.1%,RSD=3.8%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于火麻制品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol in hemp-shelled and hemp kernels. Method: Using HP-5 quartz capillary column, program temperature: 200°C(hold for 1min)~270°C(hold for 10min), temperature increase rate is 3°C·min-1, inlet temperature is 280°C, detector temperature is 290 °C. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship (r=0.9987) between the detection concentration of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol and the peak area ratio in the range of 5.0 to 45.0 μg·mL-1; the detection limit was 1.0 μg·mL-1 (S/N = 5); The average sample recovery was 81.1%, RSD = 3.8% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of hemp products.
