国际信誉研究院所做的《中国企业2006年度信誉报告》指出:中国企业的信誉建设整体上处于初级水平。在接受了市场测评的100家企业中:中国本土企业平均信誉指数为63.04,比跨国企业低7.04;在总排名的前10名企业中,仅有海尔一家本土企业。基于道德层面与信任关系、关乎企业与社会发展的企业信誉危机与重建已成为全社会越来越关注的热点问题。本文拟从传统儒家文化的“信”展开,谈一谈现代企业失信危害及信誉重建。
The 2006 China Credit Rating Report by the International Credit Research Institute pointed out that the credibility of Chinese companies is generally at a preliminary level. Among the 100 companies that have undergone market assessment, the average credibility index of Chinese local companies is 63.04, which is 7.04 lower than that of multinational companies. Among the top 10 companies in the total ranking, only Haier has a local company. Based on the relationship between morality and trust, corporate credit crisis and reconstruction related to corporate and social development has become a hot issue of increasing concern in society. This article is intended to start from the traditional “confucianism” of Confucian culture and talk about the harm of modern company’s dishonesty and the rebuilding of reputation.
