常松、方金友在《江淮论坛》2013年第6期撰文认为,在社会转型期,我国社会深层次的矛盾日益凸显,社会舆情呈现新的发展态势。博客作为网络舆论的重要载体,诸多公共事务通过博客传播演变为博客舆情,甚至成为舆论导向。分析博客舆情可以为政府进行有效的网络管理提供重要参考,亦是构建和谐网络的重要组成部分。把握博客舆情的群体属性与传播模式,无疑是有效应对博客舆情的基础。

Blog as an important carrier of online media, many public affairs evolved into a blog by the blog public opinion, and even become a media-oriented. Analyzing public opinion on blogs can provide an important reference for the government to carry out effective network management and is also an important part of building a harmonious network. Grasping the group attribute and communication mode of blog public opinion is undoubtedly the basis of effective response to blog public opinion.
