前言HDS-9主存是采用磁芯存贮器,总容量为512K,字长50位,工作周期1.3μs,由36台,32K,25位磁芯体所组成。其中有4台为冗余备用,8位作为海明校验位。对这样庞大容量的磁芯存贮器其关键问题在于稳定可靠工作。它不仅对存贮器的系统方案、线路设计提出高的要求,而且必须对元件选择、工艺结构等都应有严格的要求,其中磁芯元件、磁芯板及磁芯体的质量直接影响磁芯存贮器的可靠性。
Preface HDS-9 main memory is the use of magnetic core memory, the total capacity of 512K, word length 50, the working cycle of 1.3μs, from 36 units, 32K, 25-bit core body. Four of them are spare spares, with 8 as the Hamming checkpoint. The key issue with such a large capacity of core storage is stable and reliable operation. It is not only memory system solutions, circuit design put forward high requirements, and must be on the component selection, process structure should have strict requirements, in which the magnetic core components, the core plate and the quality of the magnetic core directly affect the magnetic Core memory reliability.
