采用喷吹技术连续向熔池喷吹焦粒和提高供氧强度,在150t的电弧炉熔炼过程形成连续稳定、高度500~800mm的泡沫渣,遮蔽了电弧,降低了噪音。经过500炉的实验,其结果节电>30kWh/t,供电时间缩短3~5.5min。
Continuous injection of coke pellets into the melt pool and improvement of the oxygen supply strength are carried out by means of injection technology. A continuous and stable foaming slag with a height of 500-800 mm is formed during the 150 t electric arc furnace smelting, shielding the arc and reducing the noise. After 500 furnace experiments, the results of saving> 30kWh / t, power supply shortened 3 ~ 5.5min.
