目的:探讨螺旋CT扫描三维成像技术在诊断颌骨疾病中的应用价值。方法:对36 例患颌骨疾病者行螺旋CT薄层扫描后行三维重建,通过旋转的三维图像从不同角度来观察疾病的立体形态与周围的结构关系。结果:32 例颌骨骨折,4 例颌骨肿物经螺旋CT扫描三维重建所显示的颌骨疾病的部位、性质、形态与手术探查结果完全一致。结论:螺旋CT扫描三维重建技术能准确地显示颌骨疾病的部位、范围及与周围结构的关系,从而提高了对颌骨疾病的诊断和治疗水平。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional spiral CT imaging in the diagnosis of jaw diseases. Methods: Thirty-six patients with mandibular diseases underwent three-dimensional reconstruction with thin-slice spiral CT scan. The three-dimensional images of the rotation were used to observe the relationship between the three-dimensional shape of the disease and the surrounding structures from different perspectives. Results: 32 cases of jaw fracture, 4 cases of jaw mass three-dimensional reconstruction by spiral CT scan showed the site of the jaw disease, nature, morphology and surgical exploration results are consistent. Conclusion: The three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT can accurately display the location and extent of the jaw disease and the relationship with the surrounding structures, thus improving the diagnosis and treatment of jaw diseases.
