目标红外仿真建模是实时红外场景仿真的关键部分。为了快速准确的建立目标红外仿真模型,提出一种结合CAD技术和有限元热分析的目标红外特性通用仿真方法。首先对目标的红外特性进行理论分析。然后使用Solidworks对目标进行几何建模;将目标模型导入ANSYS进行有限元热分析;利用热分析获得目标的节点温度点云数据与节点拓扑结构,在仿真软件系统中重建目标的三维红外辐射场分布,并获得了目标的红外目标辐射特征结果。分析结果表明,仿真模型能够很好地逼近实测数据,有效地模拟仿真目标的红外辐射特征。
Target Infrared Simulation Modeling is a key part of real-time infrared scene simulation. In order to establish the target infrared simulation model quickly and accurately, a general simulation method of target infrared characteristic combined with CAD technology and finite element thermal analysis is proposed. First, the theoretical analysis of the infrared characteristics of the target. Then the solidworks were used to model the target. The target model was imported into ANSYS for finite element thermal analysis. The thermal analysis was used to get the node temperature data of the target and the topology of the node. In the simulation software system, the target three-dimensional infrared radiation field distribution , And obtained the target infrared radiation characteristics of the target results. The analysis results show that the simulation model can well approximate the measured data and effectively simulate the infrared radiation characteristics of the simulation target.
