研究了不同熟料矿物含量的水泥对配制混凝土抗疲劳、抗冲击和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,当熟料中硅酸盐矿物C2S、C3S含量接近时,随着熟料中Fe2O3含量的增加,C4AF含量增加,C3A含量降低,所配制混凝土在28d和90d龄期的抗疲劳、抗冲击和耐磨性能都依次提高;在保证熟料中适量C3S满足强度要求和熔剂矿物C3A、C4AF含量接近的前提下,低C3S高C2S含量的水泥配制的混凝土抗疲劳、抗冲击和耐磨性能都优于高C3S低C2S含量的水泥配制的混凝土。即:在保证足够C3S含量满足强度要求、熔剂矿物含量为19%~20%时,适当提高C4AF和C2S含量对提高混凝土的上述性能是有益的。
The effect of cement with different clinker mineral content on fatigue, impact resistance and wear resistance of concrete was studied.
