本文用放射免疫分析法测定了38例精索静脉曲张不育症者精液中环核苷酸(cAMP和cGMP)水平。发现在不同精子密度的两组精液中cAMP含量有显著性差异(P<0.01);精子密度与cAMP含量呈密切的正相关(P<0.01)。在不同精子活力的两组间其cAMP和cGMP含量均有显著性差异(P<0.01);精子活力与cAMP和cGMP含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明cAMP含量与精子的密度有关,精子活力与cAMP及cGMP含量关系密切。作者认为环核苷酸在生殖细胞的生长成熟及其功能活动中起着直接或间接的调节作用。
In this paper, 38 cases of varicocele infertility were measured by cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP and cGMP) levels by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that there was a significant difference in cAMP content between two groups of semen with different sperm densities (P <0.01). Sperm density was positively correlated with cAMP content (P <0.01). There were significant differences in cAMP and cGMP contents between two groups with different sperm motility (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between sperm motility and cAMP and cGMP contents (P <0.05). Explain cAMP content and sperm density, sperm motility and cAMP and cGMP content is closely related. The authors believe that cyclic nucleotides play a direct or indirect regulatory role in the maturation of germ cells and their functional activities.
