以往,没有专业的计量与支付款件,各建设单位使用 EXCEL 做台帐,最经常出现的就是错误查找难,分类汇总难,历史数据查询难,多合同段数据累加更难等一系列问题……本文的作者曾经在深-汕高速公路、渝-长高速公路、贵-新公路等公路项目施工中,编制了相应的计量支付台帐,取得了一定的效果。近年来,他们又应用了当前最新的信息化管理技术——《同望公路工程计量支付管理系统》进行计量支付工作,取得了良好的效果。在下面的文章中,作者试图通过对计量支付台帐作用和特点的描述,向读者说明编制计量支付台帐的重要性,并对如何编制及使用计量支付台帐提出了一点体会。
