党的十七届六中全会在提出建设社会主义文化强国任务的基础上,进一步强调繁荣社会主义文化要坚持以人为本,坚持文化发展为了人民、文化发展依靠人民、文化发展成果由人民共享。在这一背景下,厘清“文化发展成果由人民共享”的内涵,探讨科学的研究方法,是进一步深入研究文化发展成果由人民共享相关问题的逻辑起点。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, on the basis of putting forward the task of building a strong socialist country, further emphasized that to prosper the socialist culture, we must adhere to the people-oriented principle, adhere to the cultural development for the people, and rely on the people for cultural development. The fruits of cultural development are shared by the people. Under this background, clarifying the connotation of “sharing the fruits of cultural development by the people” and exploring the scientific research methods are the logical starting points for further studying the cultural development achievements shared by the people.
