运用甘肃省统计年鉴、农村年鉴和水土保持公报数据,基于压力-状态-响应(P-SR)模型,选取12个评价指标,构建生态安全评价体系,对甘肃省进行生态安全的空间评价。结果表明:(1)26年间,研究区3大指标发生了显著的变化,其中:状态指标平均贡献率为30%,响应指标平均贡献率为27.5%,压力指标的变化趋势最明显,对生态安全指数的相对贡献率也最大,平均贡献率达到42.5%;(2)通过对甘肃省3大流域的逐一分析得出,全省的生态安全度由1986年的0.31到2011年的0.67,虽然全省的生态安全度有较大提高,但确保全省生态安全的任务仍然非常艰巨;(3)1986—2011年甘肃省14个市(州)的平均生态安全度为0.36~0.58,整体上研究区的生态安全度处于Ⅲ、Ⅳ等级。其中天水市的生态安全度较高也较稳定,而其他市州应该在当前的基础之上加大环境保护、治理力度,从根本上确保区域的生态安全。
Based on the Gansu Statistical Yearbook, Rural Almanac and Soil and Water Conservation Bulletin data, 12 evaluation indexes were selected based on the pressure-state-response (P-SR) model to construct an ecological security evaluation system to evaluate the spatial security of ecological security in Gansu Province. The results showed that: (1) In the past 26 years, the three major indexes of the study area changed significantly. Among them, the average contribution rate of state index was 30%, the average contribution rate of response index was 27.5%, and the change trend of pressure index was the most obvious. The relative contribution rate of safety index is also the largest with an average contribution rate of 42.5%. (2) By analyzing the three basins in Gansu Province one by one, the ecological safety of the province from 0.31 in 1986 to 0.67 in 2011 The province’s ecological security has greatly improved, but to ensure that the task of ecological security in the province is still very arduous; (3) 1986-2011 in 14 cities (prefectures) in Gansu Province, the average ecological security of 0.36 ~ 0.58, on the whole The ecological security of the study area is in the grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Tianshui City, where the ecological security is relatively high and more stable, and other cities should be based on the current basis to increase environmental protection and control efforts to fundamentally ensure the ecological security in the region.
