永磁同步电机具有运行平稳、惯量低、效率和功率因数高等优点,有效解决现有光电设备中直流电机的惯量大、需要维护等系列问题。介绍了永磁同步电机的数学模型简化条件,给出了一种基于磁场定向的空间矢量控制原理,推导了空间电压矢量SVPWM的实现算法,最后进行了永磁同步电机的空间矢量控制实验研究。实验结果验证了该算法的可行性,电机伺服系统能够进行无超调的跟踪控制,具有较好的动态性能和较强的鲁棒性。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of stable operation, low inertia, high efficiency and high power factor, and effectively solves the series of problems such as large DC motor inertia in existing optoelectronic equipment and the need for maintenance. The simplified mathematical model of PMSM is introduced. A theory of space vector control based on magnetic field orientation is given. The algorithm of SVPWM for space voltage vector is deduced. Finally, space vector control experimental study of PMSM is carried out. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the algorithm, the motor servo system can track without overshoot, with good dynamic performance and strong robustness.
