在二滩水电站正式开工之际,中国水力发电工程学会理事长李鹗鼎同志和能源部水电总工程师潘家铮同志应本刊之约,在百忙中寄来了热情洋溢的祝贺文章。他们回顾了二滩工程开发已走过的艰辛历程;强调了工程的艰巨复杂性及其在中国水电建设史上的“里程碑”地位;指出了今后施工中应重视的种种问题;并衷心希望参加该工程建设的同志、特别是年轻的设计人员要十分珍惜二滩工程建设这一难得的机会,努力在实践中锻炼自己。文中饱含着作者对二滩工程、对我国水电建设事业的关心、热爱和殷切期望之情,希望读者从中得到应有的教益。
At the formal commencement of the Ertan Hydropower Station, Comrade Li Dinghe, chairman of the China Hydropower Engineering Society and Pan Jiazheng, chief engineer of the Ministry of Energy and Hydroelectric Power, should send enthusiastic congratulation articles on their busy schedules. They reviewed the difficult process that Ertan had gone through. It emphasized the arduous complexity of the project and its “milestone” status in the history of hydropower construction in China. It also pointed out the problems that should be attached to construction in the future. The construction comrades, especially the young designers, should cherish the rare opportunity of Ertan construction and work hard to practice themselves. The article is full of the author of Ertan project, the cause of hydropower construction in China care, love and ardent expectations, I hope readers get the due lessons.
