三种固化类型的高压玻璃钢管在含有一定量 Cl- 、 C O2 及溶解氧的洛河水中的浸泡试验结果表明:洛河水介质对树脂含量较小、固化度较低的脂肪胺固化环氧型玻璃钢管的物理化学性能影响最大,而对芳香胺固化环氧型玻璃钢管的影响则较小。另外,根据三种材料在高温下浸泡前后性能( 硬度、弯曲强度及玻璃化转变温度) 的变化,指出玻璃钢管在油田应用时,必须进行实际介质环境下的评价试验。
The immersion test results of three types of curing high-pressure FRP pipes in Luohe water containing a certain amount of Cl-, C O2 and dissolved oxygen show that the water medium of Luohe is effective for curing the epoxy resin of aliphatic amine with low resin content and low curing degree The physical and chemical properties of fiberglass pipe most affected, while the aromatic amine cured epoxy fiberglass pipe is smaller. In addition, according to the changes of the properties (hardness, flexural strength and glass transition temperature) of the three materials before and after immersion at high temperature, it is pointed out that the application of FRP pipe in the oilfield must be evaluated in the actual medium environment.
