目的对茵柏颗粒的喷雾干燥工艺进行优化。方法以含水率和吸湿率为指标,并参考其流动性优选了加入浸膏的辅料;采用正交设计法,以复方中吸湿率和绿原酸质量分数作指标,确定了最佳工艺条件,并考察浸膏干粉的含水率、流动性和临界相对湿度。结果加入1%的微粉硅胶、14%的可溶性淀粉,可以极大地降低浸膏粉的吸湿性;最佳工艺参数为进/出风温度120℃/60℃、雾化压力0.4 MPa、进料速度700 mL/h、浸膏相对密度1.15;最佳工艺条件干粉的含水率、休止角和临界相对湿度分别为6.19%、50℃和60.5%。结论该工艺合理,茵柏颗粒产品稳定性好,为工业化生产提供了依据。
Objective To optimize the spray drying process of Yinbai granules. Methods The moisture content and moisture absorption rate were taken as indexes, and with the reference to their liquidity, the optimal materials for adding the extract were selected. The orthogonal design method was used to determine the optimum process conditions by using the moisture absorption rate and chlorogenic acid content in the compound as indexes. The moisture content, fluidity and critical relative humidity of extract dry powder were also investigated. Results 1% silica gel and 14% soluble starch could greatly reduce the hygroscopicity of the extract powder. The optimum process parameters were inlet / outlet air temperature of 120 ℃ / 60 ℃, atomization pressure of 0.4 MPa, feed rate 700 mL / h, the relative density of the extract was 1.15. The optimum conditions were moisture content, angle of repose and critical relative humidity of 6.19%, 50 ℃ and 60.5% respectively. Conclusion The process is reasonable, Yinbai particles of good stability, provided the basis for industrial production.
