目的:探讨7S现场管理模式在全自动生化分析仪的仪器管理和维护的应用效果。方法:2014年1~8月浙江省嵊州市人民医院检验科对全自动生化分析的仪器管理和维护实施7S现场管理,比较实施前后仪器的管理和维护水平。结果:实施7S管理前全自动生化仪器运行500次出现故障共16次(3.2%),实施后出现故障2次(0.4%)(P<0.05);实施7S管理后人员操作技能评分、人员仪器维护知识评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:7S现场管理模式能够提高全自动生化分析仪的仪器管理水平和提高维护质量,降低仪器故障率的发生。
Objective: To explore the application effect of 7S scene management mode on the instrument management and maintenance of automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods: From January to August 2014, the laboratory of Shengzhou People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province conducted 7S on-site management of instrument management and maintenance of automatic biochemical analysis and compared the management and maintenance of instruments before and after implementation. Results: Before the implementation of 7S management, there were 16 failures (3.2%) in total of 500 automatic biochemical instruments and 2 failures (0.4%) after implementation (P <0.05). After 7S management, Maintenance knowledge score was significantly higher than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The 7S field management mode can improve the instrument management level of the automatic biochemical analyzer and improve the maintenance quality, and reduce the occurrence of instrument failure rate.
