目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定优赛清栓中对氨基水杨酸含量的方法。方法:在ODS柱上,以H3PO4(0.01mol·L-1):甲醇(78:22)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为279 nm;结果:线性范围为5~100μg·ml-1,r=0.999 4(n=6),测得对氨基水杨酸的回收率为99.0 %~101.0%,RSD=1.2%。结论:本法简便、隹确、可靠,适用于常规分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aminosalicylic acid in Yusaiqing suppository by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase was H3PO4 (0.01 mol·L-1): methanol (78:22) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 on an ODS column with a detection wavelength of 279 nm. The linear range was 5 ~ 100μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 4 (n = 6). The recovery of aminosalicylic acid was 99.0% ~ 101.0% with RSD = 1.2%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, suitable for routine analysis.
