十七届三中全会指出,基层组织建设,始终是做好党管农村工作的基础。这指明了农村党组织在新农村建设中的重要地位。近年来,我区积极引导农村党组织创新领导方式与方法,通过抓班子、强服务、促发展,推进新农村建设又好又快发展。
The Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the building of grassroots organizations has always been the basis for doing well the work of administering the rural areas. This indicates that the rural party organizations play an important role in the new countryside construction. In recent years, our district has actively guided the rural party organizations to innovate in ways and means of leadership. Through grasping the team, strengthening services, and promoting development, the district is promoting the sound and rapid development of new countryside construction.
