本文简述静态下天然池水中碳钢的腐蚀和微生物污垢的分析,运用失重法和电化学极化法测定腐蚀速率。用失重法测腐蚀速率时发现,在有微生物的系统中,腐蚀速率低,但是在含微生物的系统中用极化法测得的腐蚀电流比无生物系统的高,用X光对金属表面扫描进行分析的结果表明,细菌及有机营养物能够形成表面生物膜,减缓腐蚀。
In this paper, the corrosion of carbon steel and microbial fouling in natural pool water are briefly described. The corrosion rate is measured by weight loss method and electrochemical polarization method. The corrosion rate was measured by the weight loss method and found that the corrosion rate was low in systems with microorganisms but the corrosion current measured by polarization was higher in systems with microorganisms than in the absence of biological systems and the metal surface was scanned with X-rays The results of the analysis showed that bacteria and organic nutrients were able to form surface biofilms and slow corrosion.
