随着教育方式多元化和获取知识渠道多样化,各高校为培养高层次法学应用型人才,都在进行法学专业课程教学方法改革。“国际私法”作为开放教育法学本科专业的一门重点理论课程,深化教学质量与方法的改革,激发学生的自我学习能力,引导学生自我探索,从而提高学习效率和改善学习效果。本文主要分析“国际私法”这门课程教学现状,尝试提出如何在实践中优化它的课程教学改革路径。
With the diversification of educational methods and the diversification of access to knowledge channels, all colleges and universities are carrying out the reform of teaching methods of law major courses in order to cultivate high-level law application talents. As a key theoretical course in undergraduate major of Open Education Law, Private International Law deepens the reform of teaching quality and methods, stimulates students’ self-learning ability, guides students to explore themselves, and improves learning efficiency and learning efficiency. This article mainly analyzes the status quo of teaching “Private International Law” and tries to put forward how to optimize its course reform in practice.
