新建杭州火车东站为大型综合交通枢纽中心,结构形式多样,结构构造非常复杂,现场施工条件差。根据工程特点,从深化设计、加工制作及现场安装等方面对本工程重难点进行了分析,并针对性地提出了解决方案。重点对椭圆锥台斜柱深化设计、加工及吊装、花篮柱拼装及吊装、屋盖大跨度空间结构安装、太阳能光伏一体化建筑(BIPV)等技术进行了深入研究。
The newly built Hangzhou East Railway Station is a large-scale comprehensive transportation hub with various structures and structures. The structure is very complicated and the site construction conditions are poor. According to the characteristics of the project, this paper analyzes the difficulties and difficulties of the project from the aspects of deepening the design, manufacturing and on-site installation, and puts forward the solutions in a targeted manner. Emphasis is placed on the deep research on the design, processing and lifting of the elliptical cone inclined column, the assembly and lifting of flower basket columns, the installation of large-span roof space structure, and the solar photovoltaic integrated building (BIPV).
