采用速率法,建立了反应精馏过程的通用型非平衡级模型,对具有N个非平衡级,存在C个组分的反应精馏塔,其模型共含有(5C+2)N个独立方程,根据反应速率与传质速率的相对大小,探讨了对通用型模型进行简化的方法与途径。由于克服了平衡级模型存在的种种缺陷,该模型通用性强、真实可靠,不仅适用于多种塔型,而且还适用于无反应的普通多元蒸馏过程。本模型简化后用于普通多元精馏过程时,与Krishnamurthy和Taylor的结果一致。
A general non-equilibrium model of reactive distillation was established by using the rate method. For a reactive distillation column with N non-equilibrium and C components, the model contains (5C + 2) N independent equations. According to Reaction rate and mass transfer rate of the relative size of the general model to explore the simplified methods and ways. Due to overcoming the defects of the equilibrium model, the model is versatile, reliable and reliable, not only applicable to a wide range of tower types, but also suitable for general non-reactive multi-stage distillation processes. This model is simplified and used in the ordinary multivariate distillation process, consistent with the results of Krishnamurthy and Taylor.
