一、问题的提出柱塞缸体是我厂生产的40和75轴向柱塞泵的关键件,其七个柱塞孔,等分精度高,尺寸精度和光洁度也高。原工艺是:在钻床上预钻孔→铸铜→车床钻孔、细镗、倒角、精镗等,加工质量不稳定,操作繁琐。二、机床概况为保证加工质量,提高操作的自动水平,我厂自行设计和制造了全液压半自动成组柱塞缸镗床,可进行缸体柱塞孔的细镗、倒角和精镗。现介绍如下。机床总图见图1。
