人力资源是影响国家经济发展的重要资源,当今已受到世界各国企业的重视。就国际社会而言,人力资源管理与国内的管理存在很大差距,只有做好国际人力资源管理的差异性分析,规划好人力资源管理战略,才能更好地开创人力资源管理的新天地。
Human resources are important resources that affect the country’s economic development. Today, human resources are valued by enterprises from all over the world. As far as the international community is concerned, there is a big gap between human resources management and domestic management. Only by doing a good job of analyzing the differences in international human resources management and planning human resources management strategies can we better create a new world of human resources management.
