采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验法,结合我校教学改革实践,分析了大学生体育选项课的选项特征。得出:大学生选项特征是选项项目多样化、显现非竞技性特点、选项的价值取向与目的性更加明显、原因呈现多元性、消费观念与心理效应发生变化、条件切合实际、受到主、客观因素影响的结论。提出了一些对策和建议。
Using questionnaire, literature and data, and experiment, combined with the practice of teaching reform in our university, the paper analyzes the characteristics of college students’ PE options. The result shows that the characteristics of undergraduates’ options are diversified option items, showing non-competitive characteristics. The value orientation and the purpose of the options are more obvious.
