国有企业改革是中国整个经济体制改革的中心环节。在中国新一轮国企改革浪潮下,国企仍然存在巨大的提升空间。而新加坡淡马锡模式作为国际上成熟的国有企业模范,在运营管理、股权结构等方面具有明显的优势,值得中国学习与借鉴。本文立足于淡马锡模式运作的基本特征,从三个方面将新加坡与中国国企的管理模式进行比较,在分析淡马锡成功经验的基础上,提出了对中国国企改革所具有的借鉴性对策。
The reform of state-owned enterprises is the central aspect of China’s entire economic reform. Under the new wave of reforms in state-owned enterprises in China, there is still tremendous room for improvement in state-owned enterprises. As a mature example of state-owned enterprises in the world, Temasek Singapore’s model has obvious advantages in terms of operation management, ownership structure and other aspects, and is worth studying and borrowing from China. Based on the basic features of the Temasek operation, this paper compares the management models of Singapore and Chinese SOEs from three aspects. Based on the analysis of the successful experiences of Temasek, this article proposes some reference countermeasures to the reform of SOEs in China.
