采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了CW-200型转向架构架的柔性体模型,在此基础上,利用动力学软件SIMPACK建立了完整的CW-200型客车系统动力学模型,通过时域积分,计算出系统结构的振动响应和各项动力学指标,把构架动态载荷重新引入ANSYS中后得到构架各部位的应力分布云图以及关键部位的动态应力-时间历程。本文的研究方法不仅实现了有限元计算与多体动力学分析之间的有效结合,而且完成了多体系统动力学研究中刚体与柔性体之间的耦合,是构架设计新方法的尝试。
The finite element software ANSYS is used to build a flexible body model of the CW-200 bogie frame. Based on this, a complete CW-200 bus system dynamic model is established by using the dynamic software SIMPACK. Through time domain integration, The vibration response of the system structure and various dynamic indexes, the dynamic stress-time history of the key parts and the stress distribution of each part of the frame are obtained after the dynamic load of the frame is reintroduced into the ANSYS. The research method in this paper not only achieves the effective combination between finite element analysis and multi-body dynamics analysis, but also completes the coupling between rigid body and flexible body in multi-body system dynamics research.
